1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zone Healthy website or services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced within them.

2. Meal Plans and Meal Credits

Meal-plan purchases are converted into meal credits based on the plan purchased.

One meal credit represents one complete delivery day under the customer's selected meal plan. If multiple meals are included on a delivery day, all meals included for that delivery day are covered by one credit. A credit does not represent one individual meal.

Meal-plan credits are separate from A La Carte purchases, gift cards, rewards, and other forms of account value.

3. Scheduling and Delivery Changes

Customers may schedule deliveries subject to availability and their selected meal plan.

Changes, skips, pauses, or rescheduling of a scheduled delivery require at least 48 hours' notice.

Requests received within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery may not be accommodated because meals may already have entered purchasing, preparation, production, or delivery planning.

4. Meal Credit Expiration

Unused meal-plan credits expire after 180 consecutive days without a completed meal-plan delivery, measured from the customer's most recent completed meal-plan delivery.

For a customer who purchases a meal plan but has never received a delivery, the 180-day period begins on the purchase date.

Customers who need additional time should contact Zone Healthy before the expiration date. Any extension is subject to approval by Zone Healthy and should be confirmed by Zone Healthy.

This meal-credit expiration policy does not apply to Zone Healthy gift cards.

5. Orders and Payment

Customers are charged in advance using the payment methods accepted by Zone Healthy at the time of purchase.

Prices, taxes, applicable delivery charges, and other charges will be presented during the ordering process.

Meal-plan purchases and A La Carte orders are separate transactions and are subject to the applicable provisions of these Terms.

6. Auto Renew

Customers may choose to enable Auto Renew for eligible meal plans.

When Auto Renew is enabled, Zone Healthy may automatically charge the customer's saved payment method when the meal-credit balance reaches the applicable renewal threshold. Upon successful payment, the customer's normal renewal package will be added to the account.

The applicable renewal package, renewal amount, and Auto Renew terms will be shown when Auto Renew is activated.

If a renewal payment is declined, Zone Healthy may make additional payment attempts, up to a maximum of three total payment attempts for that renewal cycle, and may contact the customer regarding the failed payment.

Customers may disable Auto Renew at any time through their online account. Disabling Auto Renew stops future automatic renewals and cancels any remaining automatic payment attempts in an active retry cycle. It does not cancel or refund meal credits already purchased or deliveries already paid for through previously deducted credits.

If the customer's meal-credit balance reaches zero, the account may become Inactive for future delivery days until additional credits are purchased or a renewal payment succeeds. Deliveries already paid for through deducted credits will continue as scheduled.

7. New Meal Plan Cancellation and Refunds

A customer may cancel a newly purchased meal plan by contacting Zone Healthy within three (3) calendar days after the customer's first completed delivery.

For a timely cancellation, Zone Healthy will refund the value of unused meal-plan credits, excluding:

  • deliveries already completed; and
  • scheduled deliveries already within the applicable 48-hour change or cancellation window.

After the initial three-day cancellation period, purchased meal-plan credits are nonrefundable except where required by law or otherwise approved by Zone Healthy.

Remaining credits may continue to be used subject to these Terms, including the meal-credit expiration policy.

Disabling Auto Renew is separate from cancelling a purchased meal plan. Disabling Auto Renew stops future automatic renewals but does not forfeit unused meal credits already purchased.

8. A La Carte Orders

A La Carte purchases are separate from Zone Healthy meal plans and meal credits. A La Carte orders do not use, add, or renew meal-plan credits.

Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time are scheduled for delivery that coming Sunday, subject to delivery availability.

Orders placed after the weekly cutoff are scheduled for the following Sunday.

Zone Healthy may modify a weekly cutoff or delivery date when necessary because of holidays, closures, emergencies, or other operational circumstances. When practical, updated scheduling information will be displayed on the website or communicated to affected customers.

A La Carte Changes and Cancellations

A La Carte orders may be changed or cancelled before the applicable Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. PT cutoff.

After the cutoff, the order enters production planning and is final and nonrefundable, except when Zone Healthy made an error, Zone Healthy is unable to fulfill the order, or a refund is otherwise required by law.

9. Delivery Availability and Charges

Delivery availability and applicable delivery charges are determined by ZIP code.

Customers can confirm delivery availability and any applicable delivery charge during checkout.

Delivery schedules and availability vary by ZIP code.

Deliveries are generally completed by 6:00 a.m.

Weekend or holiday meals may be included with an earlier scheduled delivery when applicable.

10. Delivery Location and Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, access instructions, gate codes, entry information, and a safe designated location where the order may be left.

Customers do not need to be present to accept delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Once an order has been delivered to the customer's designated location, the customer is responsible for retrieving and properly storing the food.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, inaccessible property, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside Zone Healthy's reasonable control, Zone Healthy will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer but cannot guarantee replacement or redelivery.

11. Food Storage and Reheating

Meals should be refrigerated promptly after delivery and stored, reheated, and consumed according to the heating and handling instructions provided by Zone Healthy. Customers are responsible for proper food handling and storage after delivery.

For detailed microwave and oven reheating guidance, please refer to our Heating Instructions.

12. Thermal Bags and Ice Packs

Reusable thermal delivery bags and ice packs remain the property of Zone Healthy and should be left at the designated delivery location for collection.

Zone Healthy reserves the right to charge $20 for each thermal bag that is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond normal use.

13. Ingredient Preferences and Allergens

Customers may select up to five dislikes or ingredient exclusions. Zone Healthy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these preferences, subject to ingredient availability and operational limitations.

Allergy Information

Zone Healthy prepares meals in its own kitchen, where common food allergens are handled. Cross-contact may occur, and Zone Healthy cannot guarantee that any meal or ingredient is free from allergens. Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should contact Zone Healthy before ordering.

14. Nutrition and Medical Disclaimer

Zone Healthy provides prepared meals and nutritional meal-plan options. Zone Healthy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nutritional needs and individual results vary. Customers should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, dietary requirements, weight-management goals, medications, or other individual health concerns.

No particular health, weight-loss, cholesterol, blood-sugar, or other medical result is guaranteed.

15. Service Issues

Customers should contact Zone Healthy promptly regarding a missing, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise problematic delivery so that we can review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

Where Zone Healthy is responsible for an order error or failed delivery, Zone Healthy may provide a replacement, credit, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

16. Gift Cards

Zone Healthy gift cards are separate from meal-plan credits and are subject to the terms presented in connection with their purchase and redemption and applicable law.

The 180-day meal-credit expiration policy does not apply to gift cards.

17. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account, payment, delivery, and contact information.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should contact Zone Healthy if they believe their account has been used without authorization.

18. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Zone Healthy name, logo, website content, graphics, photographs, recipes, text, design, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Zone Healthy Enterprises, Inc., unless otherwise indicated.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

19. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the Zone Healthy Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to These Terms

Zone Healthy may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version and effective date will be posted on the website. Where applicable law requires advance notice or additional consent for a change, Zone Healthy will provide that notice or obtain that consent as required.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
