Zone Healthy’s HCG Phase 3 plan provides chef-prepared meals for customers following Phase 3 of an HCG meal plan. The plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks each day.

Delivery and Preferences
Enjoy a three-week rotating menu designed to provide variety throughout the program. Exact meals and snacks vary based on the menu rotation, ingredient availability, and selected dislikes or ingredient exclusions.
- Meals are generally delivered by 6:00 a.m.Friday deliveries include meals intended for Saturday and Sunday.

Select the meal plan, meal option, start date, and scheduled delivery days that work for you. Changes, pauses, or skipped deliveries require at least 48 hours’ notice.
