Zone Healthy offers two chef-prepared HCG meal-plan options: HCG Phase 2 and HCG Phase 3. Each option provides a different daily meal combination based on the selected phase.
Choose your HCG meal option, start date, and scheduled delivery days. Customers may select up to five dislikes or ingredient exclusions. Zone Healthy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these preferences, subject to ingredient availability and operational limitations.
The HCG Phase 2 and Phase 3 plans follow three-week rotating menus. Exact meals and snacks vary based on the selected phase, menu rotation, ingredient availability, and selected dislikes or ingredient exclusions.
